How fast is the transfer through ORVB2B?
The transfer via ORVB2B is immediate as soon as the receiving car company accepts the transfer in MijnVWE. There is no delay due to registration codes or physical documents, so the process is usually completed within minutes.
Can I also transfer vehicles in bulk?
Yes, the ORVB2B functionality allows you to select and transfer multiple vehicles simultaneously.
What is the difference between ORV and ORVB2B?
Does my customer see when the vehicle has been transferred?
Yes, customers can see at the top right of MijnVWE a notification once a vehicle has been handed over.
Is indemnification mandatory when purchasing?
Yes, indemnification is compulsory when purchasing a vehicle. This removes the previous owner from registration and prevents them from remaining liable for tax or fines, for example. As a car company, you put the vehicle in your company name, which you do through ORV or ORVB2B, depending on the origin of the vehicle.
Will the counter report also appear in the advertisement?
Yes, the counter report is automatically linked to the vehicle's ad.
Are all documents saved automatically?
Yes, documents such as the release certificate are automatically added to the vehicle file.
