All documents associated with a vehicle can be found in the Vehicle File. Search for the vehicle using the search box in the Vehicle Dashboard or in the Stock list. If you are looking for a document associated with a particular transaction, you can look up that transaction in the Transaction overview and retrieve the document from there.

EAD transactions can be found in the Transaction Overview under “My Business”.

There is an overview specifically for EAD transactions. This can be found under My Business under the heading ‘My overviews’. Clicking on the arrow will reveal all items, including the “My customs declarations” overview.

On the ‘My Company’ dashboard, you will find the ‘Transactions’ button. This takes you to a list of all transactions: the Transaction overview. Using the filter function on the right, you can search, for example by a certain license plate or period.
