New: claim form with Green card

Since 7 June, a claim form is automatically generated with every Green Card. This allows the new owner to submit any damage easily to the insurer and allows claims submitted to be checked better and processed faster. Via My VWE, a claim form is automatically generated in the most relevant language, depending on the country on the identification document.

When a buyer has foreign identification, 1 extra page added to the Green Card, with a Dutch identity document there are 2 extra pages Added:

In the event of damage, the insured must fill in the claim form, take photos of the damage and send this to bwp@centraalbeheer.nl. This is also explained on the Green Card.

What should you pay attention to?

  • The claim form is generated jointly with the Green Card as one PDF file. When printing, please ensure that you only print the first page on the green paper. A few tips:
    • On the print screen, select the option ‘print on both sides of paper’.’ out:

  • Place the paper in the printer as follows: on top of a (blank) green card, below that a white sheet (or two white sheets, for Dutch identification).
     
  • Always provide the claim form to your buyer, so that they can report any damage correctly to the insurer.
