VWE Automotive has XRAY Automotive taken over. With this step, VWE further expands its services in the field of BPM calculations and valuations, and strengthens its position as a data-driven service provider within the automotive sector.
Enhancing service provision
With the acquisition, VWE is adding a specialist platform for BPM determination, valuations, and remarketing via the XBS trading platform. XRAY's services align well with VWE's existing solutions, particularly in the areas of import, data, and vehicle information. This combination creates a broader and stronger offering for car dealerships, with various steps in the import and valuation process being better integrated.
Continuity for customers and partners
For customers and partners, nothing is changing at this time. XRAY will continue to operate under its existing name and the head office will remain located in Almere. Daily operations, customer relationships and services will remain unchanged. Existing agreements, processes and commercial terms will also remain as they are.
Building further together
The coming period will focus on further exploring the collaboration between VWE and XRAY. This will involve looking at how the services of both organisations can best be aligned, with the aim of supporting customers even better.
