Resignation upon business termination

Easily end your VWE subscription via the form below.

When you cease trading, we are happy to help you with a smooth closure. Using the form below, you can easily notify us that you wish to terminate your VWE subscription. We will then ensure a correct process and contact you if we require any further information. Not ceasing your business? Please visit the page for routine cancellations.

VWE's notice period is 3 months, but in the event of business closure, we may be able to expedite the process. If the RDW recognition has been terminated or revoked, please attach a copy of the deregistration here. Proof of deregistration with the Chamber of Commerce also suffices.
