Basic export documents
We arrange for the vehicle to be deregistered from the Dutch registration register and obtain a Part II registration certificate to import it into the destination country. We also provide things like temporary number plates, temporary insurance and a Type Approval Declaration.
Additional export documents
When the vehicle is exported outside the EU, we provide the correct documents for customs. EAD + EUR1 are not generated automatically. Easily arrange your EUR.1 Invoice Declaration through our partner Cargo.
Environmentsticker
Travelling to Germany by car? In many cities, you need an environmental sticker. At our headquarters (VWE Heerhugowaard) and at major GWK Travelex branches, you can get these directly at the counter.
Registration numberplates
Do you need Dutch number plates for a car? At the main office in Heerhugowaard, you can get these directly at the counter. Do you need Dutch number plates for a motorbike or moped? We have to apply for these, which takes a few days.
