Counter report: a valuable report for your buyer
When selling a vehicle, you can be of extra service to your buyer by providing them with a counter report. A document increasingly requested by buyers, partly due to the attention the RDW is currently paying to it. You can easily provide your buyer with this valuable report!
A mileage report is a report issued by the RDW. The report shows the mileage history of a vehicle and contains a judgement from the RDW: logical, illogical, or no judgement. the RDW's explanation of the different judgments.
A meter report with every disclaimer
When placing a vehicle in the company stock (via ORB), a mileage report is automatically requested free of charge. In the result screen of the ORB transaction, you can open the mileage report and, if desired, save or print it immediately. This way, you will have the mileage report ready to hand over to the new owner upon sale of the vehicle.
Retrieve teller report from the archive
Did you not save or print the odometer report from a previous release? You can find it in My VWE, within the vehicle file. Go to ‘Vehicles’ and enter the registration number. You will find the odometer report under the ‘Documents’ section. If you don't have the registration number handy, you can also find the report in the ‘Transactions’ overview (under My Company). When you click on the ORB transaction, you can open and save or print the odometer report.
Request new current report
If the mileage has changed after recording it in the company stock, you can request a new report. Then go to ‘Vehicles’, enter the registration number and click on ‘Request Mileage Report’ (under ‘Sales’). Here you can request a new report with the current mileage. Please note: the printout will appear immediately after the request and cannot be printed or saved later via the transaction overview.
